  1. Metemos el un recipiente las placas con agua caliente, cuando estén blanditas las sacamos y la ponemos en un trapo para que se seque.

    En un bol echamos las latas de atún, un buen chorro de tomate y el huevo a trozos. Removemos.

    Añadimos a la Thermomix la leche, la mantequilla, harina, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Programamos 8 minutos, temperatura 90° y velocidad 4.
    Una vez hecho, se le añade al recipiente encima de los canelones.
  5. Una vez añadido, le agregamos queso rallado y lo metemos al horno, temperatura máxima, calor arriba y abajo. Unos 10 minutos, al gusto. Y ya estará listo.
