  8. Terminado el tiempo añadimos el Cointreau y el zumo de naranja. Mezclamos durante 10 segundos, velocidad 3. Retiramos aún recipiente con tapa y dejamos enfriar antes de utilizarlo para bañar el bizcocho
  9. Preparamos la cobertura: Ponemos en el vaso el chocolate en trozos, la mantequilla (también en trozos) y el resto de ingredientes. Programamos 8 minutos, 37º, velocidad 1. Programamos a continuación 5 minutos más, 70º, velocidad 1.
  10. La dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente y bañamos el bizcocho antes de servir
