  3. Pesar la harina en un plato hondo o bol, mezclarle con tenedor el sobre de levadura.
  4. Añadir a la mezcla de huevos y azúcar el aceite, los iogurts, la canela y la vainilla y mezclar 10seg, vel5.
  5. Añadir al vaso la mezcla de harina/levadura y 20 seg, vel5.
  6. Finalmente añadimos la manzana que previamente habíamos troceado y 15seg vel5.
  7. Utilizamos un molde de rosco con un diámetro de 25 cm o también podemos utilizar uno normal de 25cm. Yo personalmemte prefiero el de rosco que queda más bonito. Volcamos en él la masa (previamente engrasado) y adornamos con la otra manzana hecha gajos. Espolvoreamos un poquito de azúcar moreno por toda la superfície y al horno unos 50min 180 grados.
  8. Una vez doradito sacamos del horno, dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos y adornamos con un poquito de azúcar glass y listo.
