  3. Empezamos lavando y picando los pimientos y la cebolla (en Thermomix de 5 seg. Vel 8) reservamos. Calentamos 100 ml de aceite (en Thermomix 3 min., varoma, vel cuchara). Añadimos la cebolla y el pimiento y sofreímos (en Thermomix 5 min., Varoma, vel.1). Añadimos el tomate y cocinamos unos minutos más (en Thermomix 2 min., varoma,vel.1)
  4. Añadimos las setas y las espinacas (yo las tenía congeladas) cortadas y cocinamos (en Thermomix 15 minutos, varoma, vel.1. añadimos el atún escurrido y cocinamos unos minutos más (en la Thermomix 5 min, varoma, vel.1). Reservamos y Dejamos templar.
  5. Ponemos a precalentar el horno a 200°. Hacemos la bechamel, en la Thermomix: colocamos la mantequilla o el aceite en la cubeta, y derretimos 100°, 1 minuto, vel.2. Añadimos la harina y mezclamos, 2 minutos, 100°,vel.1. añadimos la leche, la sal y la pimienta, puedes ponerle nuez moscada, a mí no me va así que no le pongo, mezclamos 5seg. Vel 7. Y para terminar programamos 8 minutos, 100°, vel 4.
  6. En la fuente para hornear ponemos una fina capa de salsa de tomate, otra de bechamel, colocamos los canelones, ponemos otro poco de tomate y el resto de la bechamel, que quede bien cubierto. Ponemos el queso por encima y horneamos 180° durante 20-30 minutos. ¡Buen provecho!!!
