- Añadir el caldo de pollo, mi medida es el doble de la medida de arroz más 2-3 medidas más. Pero no os preocupéis porque podéis ir añadiendo durante la cocción, en caso de que se os quede algo seco.
Si no tenéis caldo de pollo, usad agua y una pastilla de caldo de pollo o verduras.
Poned el colorante, la sal y el laurel
- Dejar cocer unos 20 min, o hasta que el grano de arroz esté tierno, removiendo de vez en cuando.

- Dejar reposar 5 min fuera del fuego tapado con un paño de cocina. Y listo!
