- Ahora tenemos que poner una sartén con aceite de oliva, y mientras se calienta vamos pasando la carne del huevo al pan rallado, sacudimos y a la sartén hasta que el pan esté doradito, vamos sacando los filetes y los ponemos sobre una fuente con papel de cocina, para que empape el aceite que sobra de la carne.
- Y, con lo que nos sobra de pan y de huevo hacemos "tortitas" que son como croquetas de pan y huevo, quedan muy esponjosas.
