  4. Ponemos 30 seg, vel, 6..y después 3 minutos Espiga....Dejamos reposar en la thermo 5 horas, tapada con flim y un paño de cocina..
  5. Después quitamos el aire y ponemos otra vez, 1 minuto en Espiga.....sacamos la masa y amasamos un rato más,(se puede hacer dos roscones medianos o uno grande).
  6. Partimos la masa en dos, amasamos y hacemos un agujero en el centro y giramos hasta conseguir un ROSCÓN, ponemos en medio un aro de emplatar untado en aceite para que no se cierre, lo ponemos en una fuente de horno con papel de hornear y lo volvemos a tapar con flim y un paño, al horno apagado hasta que doble su tamaño..unas 2 horas.
  7. Pintamos con huevo batido y ponemos frutas confitada y azúcar humedad y al horno precalentado 200°unos 15-20 minutos, los 10 último bajamos a 180°.
  8. Cuando este frío, abrimos y rellenando a gusto yo lo hice con nata montada..
