No hay mejor receta internacional, que la de tu propia tierra😁 aquí os dejo un dulce típico de Navidad de esta querida huerta murciana. Antiguamente de preparaban grandes cantidades ya que se mantenían perfectas durante varias semanas y aunque se pongan duras, siguen teniendo ese saborcito tan rico y una textura crujiente por las ALMENDRAS. 🎅
Versión normal, amasadora y Thermomix.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Tortas de Pascua:

  1. 350 gr almendras (230g para la masa, el resto para decorar)
  2. 130 gr aove
  3. 130 gr zumo de naranja natural
  4. 110 g licor de anís
  5. 450 gr azúcar glass (300 gr para la masa, resto para decorar)
  6. 50 gr levadura fresca
  7. 1 huevo
  8. 10 g anís en grano
  9. 1/2 cucharadita bicarbonato sódico
  10. 650 gr harina
  11. 50 gr piñones

Instructions to make to make Tortas de Pascua

  1. Tostamos las almendras ya peladas en el horno: 180° durante 10-12 min aprox. Hay que controlarlas bastante que no se pongas negras!
  2. En cusnto saquemos la bandeja, las ponemos a triturar PERO que no se haga polvo, si no trocitos pequeños-medianos. En Thermomix: vaso cerrado, dos golpes de turbo. Retiramos y reservamos
  3. En una amasadora, Thermomix o un bol, ponemos el aceite, el zumo, el licor de anís, 300 gr de azúcar, levadura troceada, el huevo y el anís en grano. Mezclamos muy bien todos los ingredientes hasta que esté todo homogéneo. En Thermomix: 3 min, 37°,vel 4
  4. Agregamos el bicarbonato sódico, la mitad de la harina (325gr) y mezclamos. En Thermomix: 30 seg, vel 6
  5. Añadimos el resto de la harina, 230gr de almendras, piñones y mezclamos. Aquí empezamos a amasar durante 5 min. La masa que obtenemos es bastante húmeda, con lo que recomiendo ponerse aceite en las manos. En Thermomix: 3 min, vaso cerrado, vel espiga. En amasadora: máxima potencia 3-5 min.
  6. Dejamos reposar la masa tapada durante 30 min.
  7. Con las manos untadas en aceite vamos cogiendo porciones de masa. AVISO: en el horno duplica en volumen, recomiendo coger cantidades más bien pequeñas. Hacemos una bolita y la aplastanmos con las manos. Le damos forma de círculo, le hacemos con el dedo 3 o 4 agujeros y espolvoreamos por encima almendras picadas y azúcar. Las dejamos reposar 20 min.
  8. Horneamos durante 20 min a 180°. Sacamos del horno y colamos en una rejilla para que dejen de hacerse. En cuanto empiecen a enfriarse, se pondrán más duritas. Ahora solo queda disfrutar de este manjar murciano😁😋
