  2. Mientras se cuecen los calabacines, vamos partiendo la cebolla, pimientos, zanahoria en trocitos pequeños. Lo pochamos todo en una sartén con aceite y un poquito de sal
  3. Una vez pochado, añadimos la carne picada y dejamos que se haga. Cuándo esté hecha, echamos tomate frito al gusto, el atún y la carne del calabacín (que previamente hemos extraído en el paso 1, y troceado) rellenamos los calabacines
  4. Precalentamos el horno a 180° calor arriba y abajo.
  5. Hacemos la bechamel, yo la hago con la Thermomix. Pongo todos los ingredientes 7 min, 90° velocidad 4. Ponemos la bechamel por encima del relleno, el queso rallado
  6. Una vez precalentado hornamos hasta que esté doradito el queso... unos 8 minutos. Sacamos y a cooomeeerrr
