  2. 60 grs. cacao puro
  3. 1 sobre levadura Royal®
  4. 125 grs. azúcar
  5. 100 ml. aceite de girasol
  6. 75 ml. leche

  8. 50 grs. pepitas de chocolate (opcional)

  1. En Thermomix:
  2. Ponemos el azúcar y los huevos y programamos 2 minutos a velocidad 5.

    Añadimos el aceite y la leche. Mezclamos 10 segundos a velocidad 4.

    Por último añadimos la harina, el cacao puro y la levadura. Mezclamos durante 30 segundos hasta que esté todo integrado a velocidad 6.
  3. Sin Thermomix:
  4. Con unas varillas eléctricas mezclamos el azúcar con los huevos hasta conseguir una masa esponjosa y blanquecina.

    Añadimos el aceite y la leche. Mezclamos bien.

    Por último vamos añadiendo poco a poco la harina, el cacao puro y la levadura hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.
  5. Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC.

    Lo siguiente será la preparación de los moldes. Para ello yo coloco sobre la bandeja de horno los moldes individuales de acero y dentro de éstos los papeles de magdalenas.

    Rellenamos cada molde hasta el borde repartiendo la mezcla entre nuestras doce magdalenas.
  6. Si queremos darle un toque mayor de chocolate podemos optar por echar pepitas de chocolate por encima antes de llevarlas al horno, o incluso dentro de la propia masa.

    Horneamos durante 18 minutos a 200ºC.
  7. Ya sabéis que cada horno es un mundo por lo que si es vuestra primera vez debéis vigilar hasta que estén doradas.
  8. Dejamos enfriar un poco y desmoldamos.
  9. Con esta cantidad nos salen dos magdalenas perfectas para el desayuno de toda la familia...
