- Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar para triturarlas con el Thermomix (en dos partes durante 30 segundos con velocidad progresiva 3-7-10) o una trituradora hasta que se haga polvo fino. Ponemos en botes y cerramos para ir añadiendo en pequeñas dosis en salsas, guisos o postres.
