  6. Ahora vamos a preparar el merengue:claras de 6 huevos y 415 grde azúcar blanquilla y lo llevamos a ebullición a fuego medio a punto de hebra y lo llevamos a montar yo en mi caso lo hago con la kitchenaid
  7. Una vez que lo tengamos bien frío la tarta lo decoramos con una manga pastelera metemos el merengue cuando lo tengamos montado y lo decoramos a nuestro gusto.
  8. Y tendríamos un postre muy bueno y refrescante!!
