  4. Cuando la temperatura baje de 80°, tritura 1 minuto/vel.7. Añade la nata y cocina 5 minutos/90°/vel.3.
  5. Nota: Puedes servirla caliente, templada o, incluso, refrigerar en el frigorífico y servir fría. Es sólo cuestión de gustos 😉
