  5. Pintamos de mantequilla una bandeja, colocamos los pañuelos y horneamos a 200 grados unos 4 minutos hasta que queden crujientes. Con la ayuda de un pelador obtenemos tiras de zanahoria y pimiento verde.
    Cocemos los fideos chinos y los refrescamos.
    Escaldamos la cebolla roja en juliana. Unimos los fideos con un chorrito de salsa de soja, la zanahoria y el pimiento verde.
  6. Presentamos en una fuente con la salsa concentrada, los fideos con una base de la ensalada. Colocamos 3 pañuelos crujientes de conejo.
