  2. En el vaso de la Thermomix o la picadora, poner el azúcar y pulverizar (30 segundos, cel 5-10) Añade la piel de 1 naranja y 1/2 limón y tritura 15 segundos vel. 10. Retira y reserva.
  3. Infusiona la leche. Echa la leche la piel de 1 naranja y de 1/2 limón y un palito de canela y ponla a calentar (en Thermomix 5 minutos, 90 grados, velocidad 1. En un cazo lo calentamos unos minutos) reserva.
  4. La masa: Poner en el cuenco de la amasadora (si no tienes en un cuenco amplio para amasar a mano) el azúcar que teníamos reservada con las pieles de los cítricos, y el resto de ingredientes y la leche aromatizada y la masa madre y amasa hasta que esté todo bien integrado.
  5. Deja levar tapado unas 2 horas o hasta que doble el tamaño.
  6. Formamos el roscón: Retira la masa del cuenco pon encima de la mesa un poco de harina engrasar un poco las manos con aceite y trabaja la masa unos minutos. Haz una bola déjala reposar 15 minutos.
  7. Dale forma de roscón y colócala en una bandeja con papel de horno pinta con huevo y deja reposar unas 2 horas.
  8. Vuelve a pintar con huevo y decora con frutas escarchadas y azúcar.
  9. Hornear en el horno precalentado a 200 grados durante 15 o 17 minutos.
