- Cuando acabe, añadimos la maicena disuelta en agua fría al vaso y dejamos cocinar 2' 100° vel1. Trituramos y listo.
- Mientras se hace el solomillo y las patatas en el robot, en una olla ponemos un poco de aceite y pochamos los pimientos y la cebolla cortada en juliana. Cuando acabe de cocinar la patata en el robot, la añadimos a la olla y dejamos cocer 2' con medio vaso de vino blanco.
