  2. 190 gr galletas Digestive
  3. 70 gr de mantequilla
  4. Para el relleno:
  5. 300 gr galletas Digestive o María
  6. 70 gr azúcar
  7. 1/2 litro nata líquida
  8. 250 gr nata líquida
  9. 7 hojas gelatina
  10. Para la crema de caramelo:
  11. 150 gr azúcar
  12. 150 gr nata líquida
  13. 70 gr mantequilla
  14. 2 hojas gelatina
  15. Adorno opcional:
  16. 100 gr cacahuete caramelizado

  1. Preparamos primero la base de la tarta. Trituramos las galletas y añadimos la mantequilla líquida previamente calentada en microondas sin llegar a hervir. Mezclar bien y disponer en la base de un molde desmontable cubierto con papel vegetal. Reservar en frigorífico o congelador mientras preparamos el relleno.
  2. En un bol con agua muy fría hidratamos las hojas de gelatina unos 5 minutos. Después las escurrimos y calentamos en el microondas unos segundos hasta derretirlas bien.
  3. Ahora trituramos las galletas junto con el azúcar y le añadimos 250 gr de nata templada. Mezclamos bien hasta obtener una crema. Y por último añadimos la gelatina y removemos hasta que se integre con la crema.
  4. A continuación montamos medio litro de nata. Y la mezclamos con movimientos envolventes con la crema reservada.
  5. Incorporamos al molde sobre la base de galleta y dejamos enfriar en nevera unas dos horas.
  6. Por último preparamos la crema de caramelo. Calentamos a fuego medio alto en una sartén el azúcar junto con dos cucharadas de agua. Mientras, hidratamos dos hojas de gelatina y las dejamos unos cinco minutos.
  7. Añadimos la mantequilla al azúcar y sin dejar de remover esperamos unos minutos a que se dore el caramelo con el fuego medio bajo. Dejamos que se enfríe un poco y añadimos la nata líquida templada. Por último, incorporamos la gelatina y disolvemos bien.
  8. Removemos y dejamos que se enfríe la crema de caramelo antes de verterla sobre la tarta. Finalmente dejar enfriar en nevera unas 4 horas o mejor de un día para otro. En el momento de servir, espolvorear con el cacahuete triturado.
