Retiramos la masa a una fuente en la que incorporaremos la fruta

Ahora tanto si has hecho la masa manualmente, como con Thermomix o con una amasadora, lo siguiente es incorporar la pera y las uvas poco a poco, con movimientos suaves y envolventes para que quede todo bien integrado y no metamos aire de más a la masa.


- Untamos un molde con aceite o lo forramos con papel vegetal, vertemos la masa y horneamos unos 40 minutos, comprobamos que está bien hecho introduciendo la punta de un cuchillo o el palo de una brocheta y si sale limpio está ok, si no dejamos 10 minutos más. Dejamos enriar antes de servir.
