  4. Mientras preparamos la lubina. Colocamos 700 ml de agua en la Thermomix y programamos 8 min/Varoma /velocidad 1.
  5. En el adaptador Varoma de la Thermomix ponemos en la base sal gorda, encima la lubina y la cubrimos entera con más sal gorda.
  6. Cuando esté caliente el agua, colocamos el Varoma en el Thermomix y programamos 20 min/Varoma/velocidad 1
  7. Calcular el tiempo para que patatas y lubina terminen a la vez. Solo queda limpiar la lubina de piel y espinas y emplatar. Hemos echado sobre el filete de lubina un poquito aceite. Espero que os guste tanto como a nosotros 😋
