- Poner en la Thermomix la pulpa de la calabaza, la leche condensada, los huevos, el azúcar moreno, la harina, la sal, el clavo, el jengibre, la nuez moscada, la pimienta y la canela para mezclar 10 seg/vel 6
- Sacar del frigorífico la base y rellenar con la mezcla. Se puede poner papel de aluminio en el borde para que no se queme.
- Hornear 10 min a 220 grados
- Reducir a 180 y hornear 40 minutos. En ocasiones se quema alguna parte por arriba pero esa costra se puede quitar sin problema para que no amargue porque forma como una capa externa y luego vamos a decorar por arriba.
- Quitar el papel de aluminio y hornear 15 min. Aprovechar ese tiempo para hornear las decoraciones
- Sacar y templar 1 hora
- Montar la nata con el azúcar y la vainilla y enfriar la nata ya montada
- Una vez fría la tarta decorar con la nata y los adornos de forma libre
