- Cuando ya está todo lo monto: primero en el fondo de fuente de horno pongo un poco de bechamel y voy montando placa y boloñesa, así hasta terminar con placas y la bechamel por encima, añades el queso rallado y al horno con ventilador 15 o 20 min el tiempo de dorar el queso
