  5. Una vez que haya subido la masa le quitamos el aire amasando muy poco y la dividimos con un cuchillo en ocho trozos iguales.
  6. Preparamos una bandeja de horno con un papel sulfurizado.

    Con cada uno de los trozos que hemos separado hacemos unas bolas intentando no aplastar demasiado. Hay que “bolearlas”, que no es más que hacer la forma de la bola apretando con la parte exterior de la palma de la mano en la base de la masa.

    Una vez que hayamos hecho las ocho bolas dejamos reposar 30 minutos.
  7. Pintamos con agua la superficie de los panes y echamos un poquito de sésamo.

    Metemos en el horno precalentado a 180 ºC con calor arriba y abajo pero sin aire. Dejaremos que se haga durante unos 15 minutos, o hasta que adquieran un todo dorado. Retiramos del horno y dejamos que enfríen.

    Si nos sobran panecillos podemos congelarlos bien envueltos con film y dentro de bolsa de congelado.
