  2. Pon los tomates pera en una licuadora o thermomix a licuar, luego pásalos por el colador de metal e incorpora toda esa mezcla al sofrito que estás haciendo con los ajos y la albahaca, agrega 2 tazas de agua, deja cocinar por unos 15 minutos a fuego medio.
  3. Corta el pan en trozos pequeños y los echas a la cazuela, mezcla todo bien y corrige la sazón y deja cocinar por otros 10 minutos, verás como el tomate va cogiendo un color rojo intenso, muy apetitoso.
    Ahora incorpora a la cazuela los tomates cherry que tenias al horno, junto con todo el jugo de la cocción y no dejando nada en la bandeja, revuelve todo, cocina por un par de minutos mas, lograrás una mezcla mas menos espesa pero consistente. Corrige la sal.
    Ahora sirve bien caliente en tazas o en cazuelas individuales, no dejes de poner pan para acompañar, yo además serví como complemento queso parmesano rallado que le quedó delicioso!!
